Juliet Willetts is a qualified teacher of Shadow Yoga, a style based on the ancient hatha yoga texts and founded by Shandor Remete. This style works with simple but challenging preparatory sequences designed to remove energetic blockages and link movement and breath (see www.shadowyoga.com). Erika Steller began teaching in 2010 after completing a Dru Yoga Teaching Diploma. She aims to live by yoga perspectives - living from connection, presence and compassion. She has trained to teach yoga and mindfulness to children, has been teaching children since 2012, and truly values each individual child. Jazmine Wheatley is a lifelong student of Yoga with a rich history of study, practice, and experience. Jazmine has trained under the guidance of her first teacher Guruji Ravinder Padiyar, Nataraj Chaitanya, Tara Judelle, Dr. Scott Lyons, and Rachel Nokes. Jazmine is a true pollinator of people; her deep respect for the yoga tradition, caring manner, and playfulness allow deep work to explore the layers of this mysterious body-mind matrix in an empowering framework. Kai Hazelgrove is a qualified Hatha Yoga teacher with foundations in Viniyoga (Rachel Nokes 2017 & 2018). Viniyoga is a gentle, slow and therapeutic style that adapts the practice to each individual and stimulates the link between breath and movement.
Whilst respecting the traditions of yoga, Kai’s calm instruction is invitational with plenty of options, having studied Trauma Informed Yoga, Yoga for Anxiety and Depression and Body Image (Sarah Ball, 2018). Jenny Beachum has been a student of yoga for more than 20 years and is a 500hr qualified teacher. Her classes develop strength, flexibility and focus for all levels of experience.
