Please bring your own mat to class, other equipment is supplied (also bring a clean towel or suitable material to cover shared equipment). Please do not attend the Yoga Room if you are feeling unwell or have respiratory symptoms. The timetable is current for 2024.
‘General’ classes accomodate all levels and are suitable for beginning students. Unless otherwise indicated, classes run continuously.

2. Juliet’s classes are held as 4-6 week courses to enable students to learn a sequence for their own practice. Call or text Juliet to find out the dates for the next course.
3. To attend Saturday's led-practice a level of yoga experience is required, please contact Johnny before attending for the first time.
